Pay your membership here. SELECT and BUY the amount you want to pay by adding the amount you want to PAY to your cart. (Example: if you need to pay $70, select a  $50 amount, add it to your cart, then select a $20 amount, add it to your cart then checkout to pay the amount of $70 plus a $5 "Membership Fee". So, if you want to pay $80 just buy four $20 options and add them to your cart.)
